Organic Hire provides AI-assisted resume screening and applicant tracking tools, including jobs, applications, candidate pipelines, collaboration, activity history, and optional deep research.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for account security, authorized workspace use, and the actions of members you invite. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful hiring activity.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of information submitted to the service. You grant Organic Hire the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide and secure the service.
4. Responsible hiring
AI outputs are recommendations and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing evidence, following applicable employment and privacy laws, providing required notices, and making every hiring decision.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees and included usage are shown before purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy presented at checkout, including any stated 48-hour refund window.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload unlawful material, violate third-party rights, or use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that AI-generated output will be error-free.
