1. Information we process
Organic Hire processes account information, organization membership, job information, candidate applications, resumes, recruiting notes, activity history, and technical usage data needed to provide and secure the service.
2. How information is used
We use information to operate the hiring workspace, process and evaluate applications at the customer's direction, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve product reliability.
3. AI processing
Resume and job information may be sent to configured model providers to produce structured profiles, rankings, and explanations. Organic Hire does not use customer resumes or hiring records to train models.
4. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, model, observability, and payment providers to deliver the service. Providers receive only the access needed for their function and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
5. Retention and deletion
Customers control the hiring records they submit. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, billing, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. Deletion requests can be sent to us.
6. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information. We may verify a request before acting on it.
