What is an AI candidate review?
One review is Organic Hire reading a candidate against a specific job and returning the evidence your team can use to make its own decision.
Who needs a paid seat?
Nobody. Every plan includes unlimited users, so recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers all get access without becoming another line item. You are priced on your company size instead.
What happens if we run out of AI reviews?
Nothing stops. Reviews past your monthly allowance are billed individually so a hiring push is never cut off mid-run, and we only pause a workspace once it passes twice its allowance.
What if our headcount changes mid-plan?
Your price stays where it is until renewal. We do not re-bill you partway through a term because you hired someone.
Will branding be an expensive add-on?
No. Branded job listings and candidate updates are being built as part of the core hiring experience, not as an enterprise-only module.
